What you will learn with CSA?

Certified System Administrator (CSA)- demonstrates mastery of system management and certifies that the applicant has the expertise and experience required to handle the design, deployment, and maintenance of computers and data networks within the company.

Prerequisites

  • experience with database concepts and system management, as well as knowledge of IT Help Desk processes and the incident, problem, and change workflows is also helpful.
  • To be successful on this exam, candidates should have attended the class.

We have a system for determining the difficulty of exams. The score for each question is determined by the group for the difficulty level for each exam form. To ensure that each form has the same assessment standards, abbreviated scores are established on the basis of each exam form.

  • Exam format: multiple choice
  • Passing score: 70%
